List of watermaster contacts.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:7 0 7 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>These boundaries generally follow hydrologic units, but not necessarily at the same hydrologic unit level (a mix of level 3, 4, and 5). They include portions of counties and Public Land Survey boundaries, too. Districts may be reconfigured to meet the current needs and resources of the agency.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV>",
